FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
We accept only high-quality, gently-loved items. Clothing should be free of stains, fading, odors, pet hair, wash wear, piling, shrinking, holes, tears, missing buttons, or broken snaps.
We do not accept: Dirty, stained, or overly worn items. Swimwear without tags. Personalized or monogrammed pieces. Shoes with scuffs, stains, tears, or frayed laces.
All items are inspected upon arrival. If your item is not suitable for resale and you elected to have it returned, it will be given back to you. If you selected “donate,” we will donate the item to a local charity of our choice.
Only swimwear must have tags still attached. Other items do not need tags, but must meet our quality standards.
