Just a few easy steps, and you'll be on your way!

1. Gather Up Your Best Stuff:
Grab those gently used clothes! You can send 15-20 items a month—so pick your favorites! For a list of what we love to take and how things should look, peek at our FAQs page.

2. Fill Out Our Simple Form:
Just fill out a quick one-page form with your info and how you'd like to get paid. There’s a $10 non-refundable fee that you'll pay before you get your shipping label or drop off your goodies. [Pay Fee Here] 

3. We Work Our Magic:
We’ll decide the perfect time to list your items and make sure they’re priced just right. We’ll even figure out the best way to show them off!

4. Cha-Ching! You Get Paid:
You’ll get 40% of what your items sell for! Payments go out in the first week of the month after your items sell.

5. What Happens to Unsold Items:
If your items don’t sell within 90 days, we’ll donate them to a special charity of our choice. If you want them back, make sure to pick them up in 5 days, we can ship them back ($10) or they’ll be donated too!

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Little Labels Co. Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions create a contract (the “Agreement”) between the consignor (“you” or the “Consignor”) and Little Labels Co, LLC (“we” or “Little Labels Co”). Please read this Agreement carefully. ONCE YOU AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, IT WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL YOU OR Little Labels Co TERMINATES IT.

Agreement Overview:
This agreement is between you (the "Consignor") and Little Labels Co., LLC ("Little Labels"). By agreeing to these terms, you enter into a contract that remains in effect until terminated by either party.

Items Accepted for Consignment:

Kidswear:  New or gently used clothing and accessories, sizes newborn-12, including shirts, dresses, jeans, jackets, sleepwear, shoes, and swimwear (MUST be NWT.)

NOT Accepted:

Used underwear, school gear, toys, baby gear (e.g., carriers, strollers), and certain brands (e.g Mall Brands or Department Store Brands, Carter’s, Gymboree, Shein, etc.).

Condition:  Items must be clean, in excellent condition, and free from damage (no holes, stains, or broken zippers).

Getting Started:

Complete the consignment application linked here.

Pay a $10 non-refundable fee per submission.

Ship your items using our prepaid shipping label, ensuring they are wrapped to prevent damage OR drop off at our store location 1421 Gornto Road Valdosta, Ga inside of Chez What Collective.

Review Process:
We will review 15-20 items per submission, with only one shipment per month. Items may be rejected based on condition or marketability.

Returned Items:
Non-accepted items will be returned at your cost ($10) or donated to a charity of our choice.

Consignment Period:
Items will be listed for 90 days, with possible extensions at Little Labels’ discretion.

Sales Price:
Little Labels determines the sale price, with commissions based on the net sales price.

Commission:
You’ll receive 40% of the net sale price. Little Labels may adjust this percentage with prior notice.

Payment Options:
Payments will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or a Little Labels gift card.

Ownership and Risk:
You retain ownership of the items until they are sold. Little Labels assumes NO responsibility for ANY loss or damage once items are shipped and in our possession.

Indemnification:
You warrant that your items are free from legal issues (e.g., copyright infringement) and agree to hold Little Labels harmless for any legal claims related to your consigned items.

Unsold Items:
Unsold items can be returned at your cost or donated to a charity of our choice. By consigning items with us, you agree to these terms.
